Celebrating Australian Wildlife Week!

The first week of October is Australian Wildlife Week, so I wanted to celebrate some of the incredible animals and birdlife I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing since arriving in this country.

2 — koala
3 — echidna
4 — wombat joey
5 — Australian magpie
7 — kangaroo
7 — cape barren goose
8 — Australian pelican

Looking through these photos, I got a bit emotional, grateful for every opportunity to witness them all going about their lives. So many unique and brilliant creatures call this land home and it is a real treasure to not only get to photograph them, but to get to share them with you all.

I truly hope that I get to continue to do the same for years to come!
